Templates should restrict users from performing executions.

Summary:

In business rules, there is a functionality that prevents users from executing the rules unless they are the current owner of the specific entity, as defined by the approval workflow

Currently, i couldn't find this option in Templates DTP. Is there a way to apply the same approval workflow to template DTPs, or should I submit an idea for this enhancement?

Since we are using Template+ Groovy, users will bypass the rule and directly trigger the template.
