Onboarding process to action convert

Hi everyone,

We are configuring the Onboarding process and we are having difficulty associating a journey on the "Convert" action if it is on a future date.

We have created a Journey containing two journeys with the actions:
-Step 1:Add a waiting worker
-Step 2:Hiring

In this way, "step 1" is associated with the employee once the "Move to HR" action has been performed,

but "Step 2" is associated with the date entered during the "Convert" action, i.e. the first day of hiring.

There would be a way to associate a journey to the "Convert" action upon submission of that action and not to the actual date.
