Preset Salary Basis components for each Salary Basis

Hello,

We've got a requirement to preset a constant values for each component of each Salary Basis, e.g. we have Salary Basis X1, X2, X3; each one of them have a 3 components Y1, Y2, Y3. We'd like to set them with a specific values. During Salary Change we'll choose Salary Basis X1, then Y1, Y2, Y3 should already have some values, uneditable if they could be. When Salary Basis X2 then Y1, Y2, Y3 should have different values etc.

We tried to achive this by Bussines Rule's Switch type in Visual Builder, but without results.

Is this type of setting is currently possible?
