How to copy IT Security Manager role?

Summary:

Hi,

I have copied the IT Security Manager Role to create a custom role, but when I assigned the new custom roles to the user, they are not getting option to add the roles to users from Security Console > Users.

"Add Role" and "Add Auto-Provisioned Roles" options are not available when editing a user account.

Please help with the steps to copy IT Security Manager role and if any privilege is missing from the new Custom role when copied.
