Mass update "Allow ad hoc tax rate" on the Tax rate codes, is there an API or Spreadsheet option to mass update this flag? We have about 100K tax rate codes and want to update this flag.

• N: Setup and Maintenance --> Manage Tax Rates and Tax Recovery Rates -->Query the Tax rate code and  Enable --> 'Allow ad hoc tax rate'. Attached the screenshot for the same.
