Restrict Decimal Quantity Allocations

We have a need to restrict the decimal quantity allocations while waving. Can someone advise how this can be acheived?

For Eg: If we have Available Inventory in Active Location say 1.4, and we have order quantity of 3. When this order dtl is waved, it should allocation only '1' quantity and not 1.4. Is there a way that this decimal quantity allocation can be restricted?
