Google Sheet Smart View Feedback and Questions
We recently introduced G-Sheet Smart View to our FP&A users, and based on their feedback, we’d like to confirm whether the following are system limitations or if these can be improved in the future:
1. The response time is sometimes slower compared to the PC or Mac version of Smart View, with users frequently seeing the "Working" message at the bottom. This includes doing Refresh, Submit, Pivot, etc.
2. When connecting, can the "Company Sign In" box be pre-selected?
3. Is it possible to pre-configure the "Client ID" and "IDCS URL" to avoid manual entry?
4. The system logs off sometimes, showing the "Unable to load page from Smart View Server" message. What is the automatic log-off time? Or what behavior triggers that? (beside closing the browser)
