    OIC Gen3 400 Bad Request Error when attempting to submit a new order request to World Courier. The identical request pulled from the failed instance works in Postman and with Curl. The CreateWorldOrder integration in Gen2 worked. The integration was upgraded from Gen2 to Gen3.
