The latest EPM updates issue: rule launch without message

Summary:

The latest EPM updates seem to have introduced an issue:

After clicking "Launch" for a rule, no message appears confirming that the rule has been launched. Normally, we should see a message stating:
"Rule [xxxx] has been launched."

It seems nothing happened until I go to the job and find the rule is running at backend.
