How to add a customized message and hyperlink to the email notification.

when an author phase is started in report package an automated email/notification is sent to the author . We would like to add a hyperlink and customized message to the author/user . Is it possible to customize the email content and also add a hyperlink/url and message .

we would like to add more information and customize the "Instructions" and "Actions" segment of the email.

How/ where can it be done in Narrative reporting?
