how to use deliver-to-location condition for Global procurement

Summary:

We have a requirement where customer wants to generate Charge account in Requisition based on deliver the location and they have added a condition using the same in TAD. Here, customer is using global procurement case, where multiple Req BU's and one Procurement BU.

Requisition charge account is generating as expected but when it is trying to generate PO charge account it is not considering the rule where they used deliver to location condition because of that it is generating charge account which is different from Requisition.

Yes, we have used the condition Requisition charge account is not Null but it is allowing user an option to manually update the charge account in requisition which users not interested.
