Enable Correspondence Language field in employee biographic info page for Mexico

We have enabled Correspondence Language field in employee biographic info page for Mexico from RUI page when we apply country filter condition is equal to Mexico the Correspondence Language field is disappearing. VB Studio if we will not apply the country filter condition the Correspondence Language field will be display globally all the countries .

Please suggest how we can enable Correspondence Language field for specific to Mexico country .
