Lot Level Attributes validated during picking

Need a way to control specific Inventory Lots of the same item from picking and shipping.

Business Scenario:

Item A Lot 100 has been manufactured and Tested and certified for shipping to customers in US, Canada, Brazil.

Item A Lot 200 has been manufactured, tested and certified for shipping to customers in US, Spain and Ireland

When a Sales Order comes in for Item A

If the Customer is located in US, either Lot 100 or Lot 200 could be picked and shipped

If the Customer is located in Canada, Only Lot 100 is authorized to be picked and shipped

If the Customer is located in Spain, Only Lot 200 is authorized to be picked and shipped
