Person Name Style for Germany: need to use Birth Name field

Summary:

We have a requirement for Germany to user "Birth Name" or Nam_Information3. Why can't we use this field in Person Name Styles? This field has been part of Germany DDF.

Referring to this documentation (23A, 23B, 23C, 23D, 24A & 24B) Oracle Fusion HCM: Person Name Documentation, I can see that it was previously part of Germany Name Style.

However, we are unable to add this to the Person Name Style Germany and we cannot find Nam_Information3.

Please advise if we can still use it or we need to create a custom Nam_Information?

Also, why are we seeing this field in OTBI?
