Can we able to add 'Item Family' and 'Item Category' to the Add Fields under the Supplies and Demand

Can we able to add 'Item Family' and 'Item Category' to the Add Fields under the Supplies & Demand search bar?
When we are searching under the Supplies & Demand table we need to add 'Item Family' and 'Item Category' to the Add Fields. 
Is this possible to add it?
