Summary: Sick leave under the KSA labor law stipulate that upon joining, employees receive an initial credit of 120 days, allocated as follows: 30 days at full pay, 60 days at 75% pay based on gross salary, and 30 days unpaid. The sick leave balance becomes active upon the employee's first sick leave day and remains valid for one year from that date.
