When designated approver is unavailable, approval must be redirected to employee with specific Role

Summary:

We have a client requirement regarding the Approvals in HCM that states that in the event that the designated approver is unavailable, approvals should be redirected to the employee holding the relevant role, such as the HR role, to ensure appropriate action is taken.

Example:

Approval Flow: Manager 1 → Department Head(AOR)

Case 1: if the employee assigned to Department Head Area of Responsibility is Terminated or no employee is assigned to that AOR then, once the 1st level approval is completed the 2nd level approval must be redirected to employee who hold the role with role name as HR Role or any other role based on the configuration.
