Approvals only from direct reportees

Summary:

We have a requirement that states employees with Worker Category as CEO,COO, and CxO should only receive the approvals from their direct reportees i.e. they should not receive any approvals from the indirect reportees.

Example:

Approval Hierarchy: Manager 1 → Manager 2 → Manager 3

Employee 1 applied for leave and Manager 3 is the CEO then, the final approver should be Manager 2.

Kindly let us know how to achieve this configuration. FYI, we are using Manager Hierarchy for approvals.
