Expense PO 3 way match is raised $10000 on 6th Jan and due date 18 Jan
Receipt is created every month based on the service
Jan month Invoice#1 created for $500 and Invoice went on Hold and User(requestor) received the first confirm receipt notification
Feb Month Invoice#2 created for $800and Invoice went on Hold and User(requestor) DID NOT receive the confirm receipt notification.
RCV_SSP_ALLOW_INV_DEST_RECEIPTS profile is set as No
