Unable to Create Inventory Organization – Legal Entity & Business Unit Not Populating

Hello,

I am in the process of creating an Inventory Organization, but I am facing an issue where my Legal Entity and Business Unit are not populating in the system. This is preventing me from proceeding, and as a result, I am getting errors while trying to create Installed Base Assets through FBDI.

Steps Taken So Far:

1️⃣ Verified Legal Entity & Business Units:

  • The Legal Entity is set up.
  • The Business Units exist in Setup and Maintenance.

2️⃣ Tried Creating an Inventory Organization:

  • Navigated to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Inventory Organizations
  • Attempted to create a new inventory org, but Legal Entity & Business Unit fields are blank.
