How to include OBLPN number in Webreport Gen2-Express Report?

Summary: There is a need to include most of the OBLPN UI fields in webreport. How to add OBLPN number in webreport.

Requirement is to add ORDER number, OBLPN number, OBLPN status, OBLPN create and mod TS, Pick location in a single report. Order number doesn't go with OBLPN number in a single report. Please provide assistance in creating a webreport with all the above information.
