    Our OIC FTP adapter intermittently fails listing files on OIC FTP server. getting below error

    Error in listing files in the remote directory. Error in listing files in the remote directory. Unable to list file in remote directory. Unable to list file in <ip> server due to Cannot invoke "oracle.tip.adapter.ftp.inbound.FTPActivationSpec.getFileModificationTime()" because "this.fileActivationSpec_" is null ; nested exception is: BINDING.JCA-11430 Error in listing files in the remote directory. Error in listing files in the remote directory. Unable to list file in remote directory.
