Incoherent learner status in learning offerings
Hello,
We are encountering a problem concerning the assignment of status to learners in training offerings. Some learning specialits are noticing inconsistent statuses, with learners displayed as “In progress” when they haven't started the training, or conversely as “Not started” when, according to the tool's logic, they should be in progress.
I carried out several tests to analyze the system's behavior:
1/ Initial offering (March 12-13, 2025) : Two activities scheduled for March 12 and 13.
Observed behavior: some learners are “Not started”, others “In progress”, although none have started.
Hypothesis: if the tool uses the date of the activities to change the status to “In progress”, then all should be concerned, but this is not the case.
