AI Agent to Translate Skill Catalogs

We would like to have the skills translated to a few foreign languages for our client. As part of 25A, we have come across the AI Agent feature which translates the skills to different languages. We are trying to follow the steps detailed in 25A Release Notes, but unable to access HCM Agents task via MCG > Talent. Checked this out on demo PODs as well, but couldn’t find it there either.
We are able to access “Learning and Development Agents” task by going go MCG > Learning, but facing issues with Translation provider. Can any of you please confirm if OLC license is needed to configure Google Translator/ AI Agents?
