Web Clock Time Zone issue

Summary: We have a use case where client wants to record travel time and put it on the time sheet via webclock. e.g. Employee clocks in from location in EST time zone. Employee then flies to a different location in PST time zone and clocks out

The expectation is if we are using server time on the webclock setup, it should capture both clock in and clock out on Server time zone.

Instead clock in and clock out are using device time.
