How to fill automatically Shipped Quantity with the Stage quantity in manage shipment lines?

Summary:

We have a requeriment to confirm shipments without filling each one of fields of Shipped quantity column.

Currently we fill this fields with the value of Stage Quantity, because that are the real value to confirm, it is very normal to the client have overpicking quantity thats why we need to confirm this value instead Request Quantity. this can happen with many lines by order.

The Confirm rules only have the option to confirm with the Request quantity and that does not help us.
