Can I report on whether learners have uploaded a file into their learning assignment?

Summary:

I'm trying to create a report that shows me which learners have uploaded a file into their learning assignment for a particular course.

In their enrolment the learners are going to: "View More Details > Attachments > Drag and Drop".

I can see the uploaded files if I look at learner assignments as a learning administrator, but that's only available one learner at a time.

I need to list all the learners who've uploaded a file into their enrolment in that course.

I've tried to find the appropriate field(s) in OTBI, but haven't had any luck.

Does anyone know how I can do this?
