We are currently facing an error in 25A with API call which adds the data for Person Identifiers for External Applications -

Error message-

ErrorMessage: 2004-Invalid element name and value [Applying List binding LOV_AssignmentNumber with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :PersonEO_ExternalIdentifier_WorkerVOToExternalIdentifiersVO_ExternalIdentifiersVO, key oracle.jbo.Key[300019773146826 ]]
