Need to modify the search option while creating the item relationship

Summary:

When creating a GTIN relationship in the Product Information Management (PIM) system, users are required to input the supplier name. Currently, the system defaults the search filter for the supplier's name to "equals." The default filter for supplier names is set to "equals," which requires manual intervention. We would like to explore the possibility of setting "start with" as the default search filter for supplier names when creating a GTIN relationship.
