Can I report on the Task Notes field in Workforce Learning: Learning Records Real Time subject area?

I have found the field Task Notes in the Workforce Learning: Learning Management Real Time subject area, but so far I've not found a corresponding field in Workforce Learning: Learning Records Real Time subject area. This is the field in the UI that is labeled as Completion Notes on the Manage Activities screen. I hope that someone will be able to point me to the right place and that I've just missed it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
