Guidance on preventing disbursements getting stuck in Origination Ready to be Sent to COD when a student is no longer attending a term:

Oracle has identified an issue where disbursements get stuck in a status of Origination Ready to be Sent to COD when a term that was previously communicated as attending is completely removed from the SAFI. While it is not recommended that terms be removed from the SAFI completely if previously communicated, we do understand that this could occur for various reasons. Oracle does plan on addressing this issue in an upcoming release.

Our guidance on such scenarios in the meantime, i.e. a student is enrolled in summer but decides not to attend, is to send in a SAFI that contains information for all terms previously communicated but has the <Course> information removed for that term.
