Need to capture item discounts in a BPA based on PO release amount

Summary:

Client has a discount set up in their current system in this way:

If PO header amount is $1000, discount applied should be 10%.

If PO header amount is $2000, discount applied should be 20%.

If PO header amount is $3000, discount applied should be 30%.

Is there a way to capture this requirement in a single BPA?
