Time extension for Gen 3 upgrade

Summary:

We have our Gen 2 to Gen 3 upgrade scheduled for all environments for April 7th which is the furthest out date I could pick.

The upgrade requires us to move to a new Process Automation instance, which requires a lot of work and changes on our end. I am trying to find out how I can get my production instance upgrade window moved out a few more weeks, so that we will be able to evaluate for any issues after our QA environment is upgraded.

I tried opening a SR, but Oracle has told me to contact my Oracle Account rep. Does anyone know where to find this information??
