Can you drive SLA for Receipt and Cost Accounting Based on 4-Way Match

Summary:

Need to drive SLA for the Receiving Inspection Account based on whether the invoice/item is a 4-way match (i.e. actually goes through inspection) vs if its just a 3-way match (inspection not needed). 3-Way match receiving inspection should essentially just be a clearing account, while we want to keep a different account for receiving inspection for 4-way as we may have a legitimate balance in that receiving inspection due to quality control and inspection required at any time/end of month.
