allow ordering from unassigned sites on Blanket Purchase Agreements is not available in OTBI

We utilize the "allow ordering from unassigned sites" control on Blanket Purchase Agreements. This field has some different naming conventions on the FBDI template, in a sandbox, and in the UI. I have searched for "multiple", "outside", "unassigned" in the Purchasing - Blanket Agreements subject area in OTBI and I have not found the field in order to report on it/find exceptions. We can do it a really long way through SQL but a simple flag that's been in place seems like I'm missing something.
