Deleting Approvals Task List Artifacts

I've been trying to delete a year member (FY22) out of a test FCC pod and have been encountering the "member referenced in application" error. I've basically deleted everything out of the pod at this point and still cannot get this year member deleted.

After desperately clicking every card in the app, I stumbled upon this Artifacts Labels page which coincidentally references some error messages from our Approval Groups from May & Jun FY22. I'm wondering if this is what is preventing me from deleting this year out of FCC.

My question is what are these Task Lists & how would I even go about deleting them?
