How to leverage service mapping to achieve transfer pricing based on transfer order attributes?

Summary:

We face a scenario where transfer order pricing between 2 BUs should be based on final end customer price. I want to know whether and how to use service mapping to get right pricing strategy for intenal transfer orders, based on attributes (DFF) on transfer orders. There are examples on Sales Order pricing service mapping based on Sales Order EFF at Oracle Support, but I cannot find that for transfer order pricing.
