We are aggressively testing the EJ functionality during UAT and find that when a user creates a journal, you cannot save without a valid journal name and description. However, if no journal line is entered, validation passes successfully whereas if you enter a journal line with blank or missing values for one of the dimensions, validation fails and submission for approval is not possible.

This does not sound like consistent and business acceptable behavior.

Is this intended functionality or a BUG?
