How to edit the DFF which is currently with "Reserved for Oracle internal use"

We have two fields available under "Reserved for Oracle internal use" DFF . As per customer requirement we are unable to either do any modification nor hide those fields…How can we make modification for the DFF which is with "Reserved for Oracle internal use".
