Is there an audit trail for Location Based Access entries?

Oracle Fusion 25A

In Security Console > Administration > Location Based Access, IP addresses can be added to restrict access by location. Is there an audit for when information is added or removed to this area?

I have searched under Audit Reports and the Manage Audit Policies task but cannot find anything specifically.
