Reporting for Questionnaire Data

Summary:

We have multiple Observation Checklists and Learner Evaluations within various learning items in Oracle Learn, but I'm not seeing where we can pull the data from those questionnaires. In Oracle Learn, we can only see if they are complete or not, but not the actual data inside of it. How can we pull this report?
