Filter User Var Options Based on Selection of Other User Var (Valid Intersections)

When selecting members from user variable drop downs, valid intersections does not seem to apply

I have a use case where I have a Custom dimension (Project) and Entity dimension (Division). I have both of these dimensions available in a form as user variables that are selected by the end user. I also have valid intersections controlling which projects a specific division member is valid for.

Here is the sequence I had hoped would happen

1. Click on Division user variable and select a division that the user has been provisioned access to
