I am thinking of defining planning attributes via the setup (Manage Planning Attributes) just to capture some additional pieces of information for an external forecast as required in our Business Case. The external forecast template has these planning attributes as columns (GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE_CHAR21) which are he display attribute and we are planning to use them to capture data which cannot be mapped with the standard forecast columns.

We have a unconstrained supply plan in our scenario. We are adding this External Forecast as Demand Schedule on the Supply Plan we are using 25A Release.
