    • How to upload files on Planning and deploy them to end users

    Q: We currently envision the following operation for customers implementing Planning, in which end users are asked to download files.

    We would like to know about alternative methods of operation.
    (1) Upload the file to Planning
    Search the repository>attach the file
    (2) Grant permissions to the file
    Set permissions for user groups>Copy link
    (3) End user downloads the file
    Paste the link on the notification screen>Target end user downloads the file
    Upload file by end user
    Search Repository>attach the file to the folder to which permissions are granted

    We were able to copy the link in “Search Repository”, but not in “Document”, so we are having trouble coping with this issue. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with a solution to this problem as well.
