We are unable to open the downloaded file for the 25.04 update details from the Oracle Cloud Applications Readiness Custom Reports.

We are getting an error when attempting to open the downloaded file (see section below for error) and once it opens after clicking through the error it does not have any content. 25.03 downloads and opens successfully but when adding 25.04 or including only 25.04, we see the error.
