RIQ using HERE

OTM isn't sending the equipment dimensions - Rate Distance HERE

In OTM, during RIQ, the system fails to derive distances on some routes using the Rate Distance HERE due to restrictions on vehicle size. Despite entering acceptable dimensions to overcome these restrictions, the problem persists. The parameter EQUIPMENT_RESTRICTION=Y was configured on the EDE and the external dimensions were set within the equipment group,as indicated the Oracle Help, but the error persists. In fact, in the logs the equipment group dimensions inserted are not transmitted.
