    Description (Required): The proposed idea is to develop an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Adapter for My Oracle Cloud Support. This adapter will enable seamless integration between OIC and My Oracle Cloud Support by utilizing an API Key provisioned by the owner of CSI in the My Oracle Cloud Support portal. The adapter will support various operations, including exporting service requests (SRs) and dynamically creating SRs based on specific events.
