How to populate Shipping Method and Freight Terms on PO based on Manufacturer address

Summary:

Few suppliers source their items from a set of manufacturers who have their own addresses.

Client would like to populate Shipping Method and Freight Terms on PO header, based on Manufacturer address.

How can this be done on a PO in Oracle Cloud?

Say Supplier A has 2 supplier sites in Dallas and New York.

But the items on the PO are sourced from 5 manufacturers in China or 3 manufacturers in US, and shipped directly to the warehouse.

• When the item is shipped from a manufacturer within China, PO needs to use Shipping Method X1 and Freight Method Y1.
