How to enable "Discover New Suppliers" feature?

I am trying to enable "Discover New Suppliers" feature in my environment.

I read What's New? 24A document and understood that I needed to configure "PON_SUPP_DISCOVERY" profile option.

However, I cannot find that profile option in my 25A environment.

Does anyone know how to enable this feature?
