Inline inspection not working in Workstation

Summary:

Feature :  "Complete Work Order Operations with Details at Workstations" is enabled and opted in.
However, when executing work order with QA inspection, we do not see Inspect and Complete.

The same WO when executed through Dispatch list invokes QA inspection plan. Are there any others setup to enable this feature?
